Who We Are
Future Science Scholar Organization (FuSSO) is a STEM organization founded in 2022. It focuses on turning students' innovative ideas into products through interdisciplinary research and development to solve pressing societal problems. FuSSO strongly emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and cross-cultural communication and aims to bring diverse talents together to foster meaningful changes in our community and beyond.
Our Vision
Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial applications, ensuring that groundbreaking discoveries do not remain confined to papers but are transformed into solutions that benefit those in need. We aim to empower students to pursue their ideas freely, nurturing their innovative spirit and preventing it from fading. By providing opportunities to explore their passions and develop impactful solutions through workshops, proposal competitions, and project guidance, we strive to contribute to a brighter, more equitable future for all.
Impact
Since founding, we have engaged over 3000 students from more than 50 regions in more than 10 countries through a range of STEM opportunities, including but not limited to seminars, popular science, labs, etc. The community celebrates a rich tapestry of nationalities, cultural backgrounds, academic expertise, and educational levels, ranging from high school students to postdocs.
