Experience
Biophysics at Duke University. My leadership and service helped with my college applications. I published graduatelevel research in the academic peer-reviewed journal Multiple Sclerosis and Related Disorders. I was a member of a team of researchers working on COVID-19 genetic research as part of the miRcore organization. I also founded my own national organization Wizards of Wall Street, with 7 different branches in various states. Moreover, I designed a coloring book series to relieve stress for over 15000 children. I served as captain and coach for my Science Olympiad team. I've played piano for 12 years and I have a green belt in Jun Fan martial arts. In terms of awards, I was honored 2nd place in the world for the event Heredity at the HOSA International Leadership Conference. I was also named 6th in Pathophysiology in this competition. I was given 9th in Human Heredity at the 2019 National Science Olympiad Tournament at Cornell University. Furthermore, I received the Congressional Award Gold Medal and the President's Volunteer Service Award Gold Medal for over 500 hours of volunteer service. Finally, I was named a National Merit Finalist and I also have a perfect ACT score.
