Academic Achievements: Jonathan holds a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. With over 35 years of experience, he has authored several influential works, including Brand Resilience (2011), The Transformation Myth (2021), The Technology Fallacy (2019), and many more. He has contributed to leading publications such as MIT Sloan Management Review, International Journal of Advertising, and Journal of Advertising.
