Experience
My primary extracurriculars in high school that helped with my college applications involved community service and political science. I was the founder and president of the Greenwich Library Advisory Club which coordinated educational events for children. I also served as the President of my school’s Young Democrats Club and Computer Programming Club. Additionally, I was the founder and CEO of EJP Tech Initiatives, a start-up that supported senior citizens in my community with their technological difficulties. Finally, I worked at Zaniac Learning for 2 summers where I taught math and computer science to young students and interned at my Congressman’s office for two academic years. In college, I am currently a Quantitative Research intern at Finalyze Capital where I research trading strategies and an Investment Data Analyst Intern for Acrobator Ventures. Regarding high school awards, my group website concerning ranked-choice voting received 2nd place at the National History Day state level and ultimately advanced to nationals. Additionally, I was selected to the Supreme Court at Boys’ State and I received 3rd place in the We The People oral history competition. Finally, I was an honorable mention for the CFOG writing essay contest and I achieved a level 3 certificate in ABRSM for piano. As a mentor, I have over 100 hours of tutoring experience and a student I worked with extensively all of last year was admitted into UPenn, his dream school.
