Under the condition that the slow degradation rate of flavone in food in the gastrointestinal tract of the human body has long been a problem for researchers, we constructed and justified a protein to improve the degradation and absorption rate of flavone. The paper, through methods including polymerase chain reaction and gel electrophoresis, explores the possible solution for increasing degradation rate with a FLR gene.
