You could always seek external help such as YouTube. Besides, visualizing and graphing always help me. Both graphing calculators and Desmos can help visualize functions and their behavior, therefore seeing the relationships between variables and how calculus concepts relate to real-world situations. It's also very important to practice regularly, not only for Calculus but for all levels of math.
